freewebsiteaudit.ai is the framework Wingenious already uses to qualify client conversations. We turned it into a free public tool because customers kept asking us to score their site before quoting the work.

Why this, why now
Three things happened at once. AI Visibility, the question of whether a website is citable by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude, became a real concern for owners. The pattern of watching named agents work in real time became the highest-perceived-value UX in AI products. And browser-native AI auditing started looking like a three-year horizon, not a ten-year one.
The strategic move was obvious: build brand authority and a proprietary benchmark dataset now, while the technology is still differentiating, so that when it commoditises the moats remain. The Web Health Score becomes a methodology people cite. The audits feed a UK SME benchmark nobody else can replicate. The consulting practice that the audit funnels into is where the work that matters actually gets done.
That is the bet. It is documented openly because the product behaves better when its operator is honest about what it is doing.
